Loan Requirements

Employee

  • Valid Identity, i.e., Copy of NRC, Passport or Driving License.
  • Completed Application Form
  • Three consecutive months original pay slips.
  • One (01) month bank statement (Stamped).
  • Two passport size photos.
  • Signed written loan application letter.
  • Proof of Residence.
  • Original loan statement from third party financial institution in cases where there is a request to refinance existing facilities in order to migrate to Firmstone.

Employer

  • Signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Employer and Firmstone
  • Employers authorised signatories Specimen Signatures.
  • Completed Pre-Approval Form from the employer for each applicant.
  • Employment contract for contract staff.
